Corporate M&A Attorney Opportunity | New York City | Sophisticated Corporate Work | $260,000 + Bonuses

We are representing a top-tier AmLaw 100 law firm seeking a talented Corporate M&A Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their busy and well-regarded New York office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and advise clients on complex corporate structures.
• Manage all aspects of transactions, from initial structuring through to closing.
• Provide strategic counseling on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams on high-profile deals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and take on client-facing responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant corporate transactional experience , with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience handling complex deals independently and within team environments.
• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a commitment to superior client service.
