A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded M&A practice.

This is an opportunity to advise major public and private companies, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on sophisticated domestic and international transactions.

The role will include:

• Public and private M&A transactions
• Private equity investments and portfolio company work
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• Corporate governance and general advisory matters
• Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility on complex deals

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least three years of corporate M&A experience
• Experience gained within a leading international, national or highly regarded corporate law firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
• The ability to take ownership of significant elements of a transaction
