Corporate Legal Counsel

Be the Legal Partner Behind the Business

As Corporate Counsel, you will help leaders make confident decisions, manage risk and move the business forward. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide practical legal guidance across commercial contracts, technology, privacy, governance, compliance and strategic transactions.

What You7ll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier, consulting, software, licensing, confidentiality and other commercial agreements.
• Advise leaders and business partners on legal risk and practical business solutions.
• Support digital transformation, data privacy, cybersecurity and incident response efforts.
• Assist with corporate governance, board and committee activities and corporate policies.
• Support compliance matters involving FCPA, export regulations and healthcare laws.
• Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction agreements.
• Assist with product liability and commercial litigation matters.
• Monitor legal trends and provide training to leaders and business partners.

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar
• Four or more years of corporate and contract law experience
• Experience negotiating contracts and advising on general corporate matters
