Legal Assistant
Support attorneys with corporate, business, and transactional matters.
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, corporate governance documents, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other legal filings.
Assist with litigation matters, including case preparation, discovery, court filings, and due diligence.
Support mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, business restructuring, and other transactional matters.
Assist attorneys with negotiations, dispute resolution, and legal risk assessments, as appropriate.
Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school or an equivalent foreign law degree.
One (1) to three (3) years of legal experience preferred; relevant internships, clerkships, or comparable legal experience will also be considered.
Active California State Bar membership is preferred but not required.
Pre-bar associates and recent law graduates awaiting bar admission are encouraged to apply.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and licensure.
