Corporate Legal AssistantOur client, a well-established Houston, Texas law firm with a strong reputation in corporate and transactional work, is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to support a busy group of attorneys handling M&A, private equity, finance, and general corporate matters. The firm is known for combining sophisticated legal work with a practical, business-minded approach for middle-market and larger companies across a range of industries. This position sits alongside a high-performing corporate team and plays a key role in keeping transactions moving efficiently from start to finish.
