Corporate Lead Developer at MizuhoThe Corporate Dev Technology IT team provides strategic solutions and support for various Business applications and platforms supporting various functions like Banking, Finance, Compliance, Market Risk, etc. We also develop and maintain shared reusable generic frameworks that can be leveraged by any internal teams within the firm like Corporate BPM framework, Corporate UI framework, Corporate Access Manager etc.The team is responsible for:Requirements AnalysisSolution architecting and designDevelopment and supportTechnical documentationLiaising with Business and Program Management teams on program deliverablesUnit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT supportProduction Releases and deploymentsProduction SupportIn this role you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the applications we have in the corporate engineering space, ensuring they are effectively integrated, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of our business. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the business, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and support.Key Responsibilities:Build technical design documentation in partnership with Architect and Business AnalystDesign, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applicationsDesign and implement technical specifications and business components using industry best practices and proven design patterns while utilizing OOAD and SOLID principlesPerform analysis of user stories that may include complex functionalitiesConduct high- and low-level design, development, testing, coding and issue/query resolutionsPerform unit testing, integration testing while participating in configuration management and deployment proceduresParticipating in UAT/production support activitiesProduction release preparation and release management for deploymentsManage and mentor technical resources both FTE and third-party resourcesRequired Qualifications:10-15 years of backend development experienceExcellent communication and analytical skillsExperience with.Net Core/ ASP.Net Core/C#/EF Core/SQL Server and related technologiesExperience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience using UI components using Angular Material, Bootstrap, and SASSExperience using AI tools for development process would be a plusExposure to Azure development would be a plusExperience with Agile SDLC processesOrganized self-starterAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge and experience working with medium to large banking firmsGeneric Framework developmentThe expected base salary ranges from $111,000 - $165,000.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
