Corporate Lawyer

Our national law firm client is seeking a Senior Corporate & M&A Attorney to join its Scottsdale office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional attorney who wants to lead sophisticated business matters, work directly with clients, and continue building a long-term corporate practice.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong mergers and acquisitions background who is comfortable advising businesses across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues.

Role Overview

The attorney will handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Entity formation and corporate governance
• Operating and organizational agreements
• Purchase and sale agreements
• Supply and commercial contracts
• General corporate counseling
• Negotiation of strategic business transactions

The attorney will also work directly with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor on business and legal issues.

Candidate Profile

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 10+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Significant mergers and acquisitions experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with corporate governance and general business counseling
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
• Business development experience is a strong plus
