Corporate Lawyer

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This role is full-time hours and hybrid flexible.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and writing diligence memos
• Assisting with M&A, financings, and other transactions
• Preparing closing checklists and documents
• Advising on corporate matters
• Conducting legal research

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent corporate and M&A experience in a law firm
• New York License preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $100 and $125 per hour, depending on experience.
