Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Assist clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on various business-related legal issues.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of corporate/transactional legal experience; some real estate is a plus
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
