- The ideal attorney will have at least 4+ years of corporate technology transaction experience
- Preference is for candidates with general corporate matters, finance, venture capital, private equity and/or M&A
- MUST have excellent academics and preferably coming from Big Law
- Licensed in MA, Boston connections and/or willing to sit for MA Bar
