Managing day-to-day Corporate IT operations, the full-time Corporate IT Manager will oversee SaaS application management, vendor relationships, and IT asset governance while working remotely to support the organization's IT needs. Key responsibilities Own the relationship with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and track SLA performance Manage the SaaS/tool portfolio, including renewals and vendor relationships, while overseeing the ongoing domain migration project Maintain IT documentation and provide end-user support for collaboration tools and AI tooling administration Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or IT Systems Administration Demonstrated experience in managing Corporate IT operations, including SaaS administration and vendor management Proven experience partnering with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for service delivery and SLA management Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and user lifecycle management Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
