Overview

A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures within the healthcare sector. This associate will join a nationally recognized healthcare team working with innovative healthcare providers, investors, and digital health companies across the U.S.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience in M&A, private equity, and/or joint ventures
• Specific experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and communicate directly with clients
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction required
• Top-tier academic credentials from an accredited law school

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic transactions including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures
• Support healthcare clients throughout the corporate life cycle
• Handle corporate formations, contract negotiations, and operational strategy
• Collaborate with a national team of partners and associates
• Participate in substantive training and mentorship programs
