Responsibilities
- Represent investors in corporate governance litigation.
- Work towards achieving governance reforms at public companies.
- Engage in complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
- Collaborate with a team to address self-dealing and executive compensation issues.
- Challenge harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
- Experience in prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
- Knowledge of Delaware corporate law and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
- Strong financial literacy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases.
- Education: JD required (2018 - 2022 preferred).
- Certifications: Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
