Duties
- Represent investors in corporate governance litigation.
- Work towards achieving governance reforms at public companies.
- Engage in complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
- Address issues such as self‑dealing and executive compensation.
- Challenge unfair deals and workplace discrimination.
Requirements
- Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
- Experience in prosecuting or defending complex litigation.
- Knowledge of Delaware corporate law and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
- Strong financial literacy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Desire to represent investors rather than corporations.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) required; 2018–2022 graduates preferred.
Certifications
Bar admission in New York and/or Delaware.
