Driving the financial strategy for growth, the full-time remote Corporate Finance Manager will manage corporate planning, reporting, and analytics, while enhancing financial systems and supporting fundraising and investor communications. Key responsibilities Lead corporate planning processes, including forecasts and scenario analysis, to inform the executive leadership team and Board Develop and maintain the company's integrated operating model, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and SaaS performance Support investor relations and capital strategy initiatives, including preparing materials for fundraising and IPO readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent experience, with 7-10 years in progressive finance roles Strong foundation in corporate finance modeling, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of GAAP and NetSuite Proven experience in end-to-end planning infrastructure and reporting automation using AI-enabled workflows Experience with investor reporting, capital allocation, and M&A activities, with a focus on high-growth B2B SaaS environments Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executive teams and stakeholders
