Corporate Engineering ManagerLarge food manufacturing company located in the Chicago area is in need of a Corporate Engineering Manager. Travel for this role is approximately 50% (domestic).This role oversees major engineering and facility projects across the organization, including line installations, equipment upgrades, plant improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position — not a desk-only engineering role. Candidates must have strong mechanical, electrical and PLC experience.Qualifications5+ years of engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing (baked goods a must)Prior experience managing capital projects, plant construction, or equipment installationsStrong mechanical, electrical and PLC skillsExperience working in GMP and food-safe manufacturing environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong vendor management, budgeting, and project planning skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilities
