Corporate Development Lead

Driving the execution of M&A deals, the full-time Corporate Development Lead will manage financial modeling, coordinate diligence processes, and present investment recommendations, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build financial models and valuation analyses to identify revenue and cost synergies for each deal Manage the deal execution process, including data room management, diligence coordination, and timeline tracking Draft investment memos and present findings to senior management, supporting negotiations with analytical insights Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group at a prominent investment bank, specifically in deal execution Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with direct experience in sourcing, diligence, and presenting to senior stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple deal processes simultaneously while maintaining organization Interest in transitioning from advisory roles to executing deals in a fast-paced environment
