Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Analyst, this hybrid role will manage the corporate operating model, lead financial planning and analysis, and support M&A activities while collaborating with various departments to drive strategic financial decisions. Key responsibilities Own the corporate operating model and scenario analysis for planning and financing Lead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts Produce monthly variance analysis and prepare reports for management and the Board Required qualifications Prior investment banking experience is required 2+ years of experience in an investment banking analyst or associate program, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field Ability to build and manage a three-statement financial model and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical judgment and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior audiences
