Up to $110,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities For The Corporate Development Analyst



  • Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments

  • Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal execution

  • Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking

  • Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities

  • Support special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives


Qualifications For The Corporate Development Analyst



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance

  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Strong financial statement analysis and communication skills
