Key Responsibilities For The Corporate Development Analyst
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments
- Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal execution
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities
- Support special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications For The Corporate Development Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong financial statement analysis and communication skills
