Pall Corporation is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for its Aerospace business and North America operations. This role is based onsite in either New Port Richey, FL, or Washington, DC, and reports to the Senior Counsel, Aerospace and North America.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally accredited law school.
- Active admission to practice before any U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a corporate legal department or private practice.
- Proven experience in transactional, commercial, and federal government contracting.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and federal contracting agreements (sales, supply, services, distribution, etc.).
- Identify legal risks and provide practical mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and procurement.
- Develop and improve legal processes, contract templates, and training materials.
- Assist senior counsel with high-value transactions and due diligence.
