Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support early and late-stage venture financings
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Manage multifaceted deals with minimal supervision
- Advise fast-growth companies and investors on strategic and operational matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex corporate transactions
- Background in venture financing, M&A, or public offerings
- Ability to counsel high-growth technology companies and investors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
