Corporate Counsel will provide in-house legal support across the full contract lifecycle. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise sales teams and business leaders on legal risk; and contribute to compliance, legal research, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume, remote environment. What you get to do: Review, draft, and redline client-facing commercial agreements.
