A leading SEC registered advisory firm is searching for a Corporate Counsel with experience either in-house or in private practice advising commercial clients. The position reports directly to the Head of Legal.
Experience supporting businesses in highly regulated industries, such as financial services, fintech, professional services or wealth management is a plus, but not necessary. Some job responsibilities for the position include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial and vendor agreements, corporate governance entity management, employment and partnering with leadership to mitigate risk.
