Corporate Counsel — Growth-Stage Tech & M&A

Intrinsic is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a fast-growing software/AI company. You will support the General Counsel and collaborate with Leadership, Finance, Tech Leads and Business Development on corporate governance, transactions and broader legal issues across the business.

The role emphasizes pragmatic advice, scalable processes, and adaptability as the legal team expands with the company. CA bar admission is required and equity compensation experience is a plus.
