Corporate Counsel

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This role will support commercial real estate, leasing, financing, contract, and business matters while working closely with legal leadership and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related real estate documents
• Support commercial real estate transactions, financing matters, and development projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual, transactional, and business risks
• Support legal matters related to operations, development, and strategic initiatives
• Manage outside counsel and other legal projects as needed

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
• 2+ years of legal experience, including commercial real estate, leasing, financing, contracts, or related transactional matters
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience supporting commercial transactions and business stakeholders
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 base salary plus bonus.
