We are recruiting a Corporate Controller for a multi-entity, International organization to oversee corporate accounting, controllership, and finance operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will drive financial reporting, operational performance, treasury management, and finance transformation while partnering across the business to support continued growth and acquisition activity. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, and the month-end close across a complex multi-entity organization.
  • Provide leadership and development for the accounting and finance team, including oversight of business unit controllers and accounting operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee internal controls, accounting policies, audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations to strengthen cost accounting, inventory controls, manufacturing reporting, and overall operational performance.
  • Drive ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, integration planning, purchase accounting, and post-close financial integration.
  • Lead treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, working capital optimization, debt covenant compliance, banking relationships, and capital planning.
  • Partner with FP&A to align budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise financial strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience within a multi-entity organization.
  • Experience in manufacturing or other asset-intensive environments with strong cost accounting and inventory expertise is highly preferred.
  • Prior private equity-backed company experience, including exposure to business transformation, cash flow management, and M&A activities.is required
