Corporate Controller | PE-Backed Healthcare | Loop Hybrid | Base salary + Bonus + Equity

Connect Search is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed healthcare company to hire a Corporate Controller.

This approximately $100M business is expanding nationally through acquisitions. You’ll own accounting, lead a lean team, and keep financial reporting accurate and timely as the company grows.

The role

• Own month-end close, consolidations, and GAAP financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a three-person accounting team.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue recognition and receivables.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and accounting policies.
• Support acquisition integration and improve accounting processes.

What we’re looking for

• Prior Controller experience with ownership of an accounting department.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on close experience.
• Multi-entity accounting and team leadership experience.
• Ability to independently resolve issues and manage priorities.
• Healthcare and private equity experience preferred.
• CPA a plus
