Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, and revenue recognition activities. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 experience, and a background in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate billing, collections, and AR management.
• Lead monthly and annual close processes and deliver timely financial reporting.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and improve close-cycle efficiency.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and contract accounting.
• Support audits, internal controls, and financial process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including Corporate Controller or Accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Acumatica ERP experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
• SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue environment experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
