OUR CLIENT
Our client is a private equity-backed industrial technology company offering integration and maintenance services. The company is highly acquisitive, operates across multiple entities and currencies, and is in a period of rapid growth and integration.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CFO. The Controller will lead the accounting organization, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and build the infrastructure the business needs to scale through acquisition. The role carries significant visibility, including reporting to lenders and the PE sponsor and communicating at the board level.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the monthly consolidated close and financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies
- Manage accounting teams covering GL, cost and revenue accounting, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
- Own lender and PE reporting, including covenant compliance, QBR packages, and KPI dashboards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA
- Experience in a private equity-backed company
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Manufacturing or distribution industry background
