Corporate ControllerOur healthcare service company located in Manasquan, NJ is seeking a Corporate Controller on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate is available within 30 days and is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company Accounting Functions and ensure company accounting procedures conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Salary $110-$130K based on experienceBenefits Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and PTOHours/Schedule 8:30 to 5:30 with hybrid in office 3 daysOversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Build effective internal control structure and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and actual expenditures.Manage month-end close and create the month-end reporting package.Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including variance.Manage general ledger accounting, payroll processing, accounts payable, and fixed assets.Direct month end closings, financial reporting and coordination of audits (work with outside auditors).Ensure proper lender compliance complete with monthly reporting of financials and compliance certificates.Production of other requested information such as reports for the preparation of tax returns, A/R and A/P statements, and HR reports.Manage and supervise accounting team (3-Payroll Manager, Staff Acct and AP/AR)Add value to operations by strong financial planning, reporting and analysis* Contribute as a strategic senior executiveSet individual goals for internal colleagues and manage and mentor toward those goalsFoster an environment that promotes our values and high level of customer service to clients and internal colleaguesFull compliance with documentation and reporting requirements and established work rules PositionBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting3+ years of experience in a senior-level accounting positionStrong working knowledge of QuickBooks (desktop), PowerBI and SQL a plusStrong understanding of Cash Flow ManagementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and positive attitude* Stellar verbal and written communication skillsSelf-direction, good judgment and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational, decision-making and time management skillsSuperior interpersonal skills, including professional attitude, ability to delegate and relate to all colleaguesHonest, ethical and operates in a confidential manner
