Our confidential client is a manufacturing company with significant operations across the Northeast. The organization has multiple business divisions and manufacturing facilities serving customers across industrial, technology, aerospace, defense, and related markets.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing corporate accounting and financial operations across multiple locations, while partnering closely with executive leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate accounting and financial reporting activities across multiple manufacturing sites
• Oversee monthly and year-end close, financial statements, and reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting
• Partner with divisional and plant leadership to improve financial performance
• Support operational decision-making through meaningful financial analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting
• Lead and develop accounting/finance team members
• Support audits, tax, compliance, and other corporate finance initiatives
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Strong multi-site manufacturing accounting and finance experience
• Proven experience overseeing accounting and financial operations across multiple locations
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Excellent Excel skills and strong overall systems aptitude
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP system; Infor/Syteline experience is a plus
• Strong communication and business-partnering skills
• Ability to work effectively with both corporate and plant-level leadership
• Willingness to travel periodically to manufacturing locations in New England

Compensation: $200,000-$220,000 plus bonus
