Corporate Controller – High-Growth, Private Equity Backed Manufacturer | Reports to Promoted CFO

A well-established, 100+ year old manufacturer - backed by a top-tier private equity firm and highly profitable — is seeking a Corporate Controller to be the senior financial leader across its multi-plant, international operations. This organization has grown steadily through strategic acquisitions and continues to invest in its infrastructure and people. The Controller will step into a highly visible seat on the senior leadership team, working cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders to shape the company's financial strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple business units and ERP systems
• Direct treasury and cash management — banking relationships, cash forecasting, and working capital optimization across the organization's footprint
• Own audit, compliance, and tax strategy — serving as the key contact for external auditors and ensuring compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulations
• Oversee accounting and treasury teams across a multi-site, international operating structure
• Drive process improvements across AP, AR, and inventory management to strengthen cash discipline and reduce cycle times
• Sit on the senior leadership team, partnering directly with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree with an active CPA license (MBA a plus)
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years at a senior leadership level
• Prior experience in manufacturing highly preferred
• Experience partnering with external auditors and reporting to a Board of Directors
• Willingness to travel internationally to support the company's global operations
• Partner directly with a newly promoted CFO who is looking for a true right hand to lead the accounting function
