What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead and develop the corporate accounting team
- Oversee monthly and consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and treasury activities
- Partner with development, asset management, and executive leadership to deliver meaningful financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee intercompany accounting, compliance, tax coordination, payroll accounting, and financial controls
- Drive process improvements that support continued growth and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Active CPA
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Strong commercial real estate or real estate development accounting experience gained in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Demonstrated success improving processes, controls, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, budgeting, treasury, and project accounting
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct is a plus
- A polished, executive-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Compensation: Up to $175,000 base salary plus 15% annual bonus and an outstanding benefits package.
