We are seeking a Corporate Controller to provide strategic and operational leadership for the accounting organization. This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and serving as a key business partner to executive leadership.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead all corporate accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements.
- Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Manage and develop accounting managers and team members.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and accounting efficiencies.
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor accounting standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Significant progressive accounting leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience leading accounting teams and developing future leaders.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
- Proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
