Corporate Controller

Brandon Clark with Connexa Search Group is working with a global manufacturer with operations across multiple international locations to identify a Corporate Controller for their Greenville area facility. This is a hybrid role reporting directly to the CFO, providing strategic leadership and decision support for the organization's global operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including analysis of manufacturing variances against forecast and budget.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reporting and Board-level presentation materials.
• Lead the organization's IFRS transition initiative.
• Own and expand the global financial reporting consolidation platform.
• Ensure global compliance with the internal control framework and lead the annual audit process.
• Serve as Treasury leader and global bank account manager.
• Support M&A transactions, including entity structuring and coordination with legal counsel.
• Partner with planning, supply chain, and operations teams on working capital and inventory metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master's degree preferred.
• CPA or CGMA designation preferred.
• Progressive financial leadership experience spanning US GAAP, cost accounting, and FP&A.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team across a global organization.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
