- Build and understand complex financial models
- Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight
- Create presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other relevant software
- Develop working relationships with peers and senior professionals in Credit, Capital Markets, and the organization
- Manage multiple high-priority opportunities simultaneously
- Complete basic credit and corporate finance analysis independently
- Support Managing Directors
- Assess whether securities products and capital markets services are appropriate for clients
- Partner with business teams to provide products and services to clients
- Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to obtain and maintain required securities licenses
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Graduating Class of 2027
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Relevant internships and co-op program experience
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets is a plus
- SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses to be obtained immediately after start date
