Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

The Role

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt‑financing and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

The Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience
• AMLaw or Large Firm Experience
• Corporate Law Experience

The Package

• Up to $250K Base
• 5-10% of everything you work on
• End of Year Bonus
