The ideal candidate is a skilled drafter and negotiator with sound business judgment and the ability to drive sophisticated transactions forward with minimal supervision. Experience with technology-intensive transactions and agreements (e.g., SaaS, software licensing, privacy, data, AI, and/or master services agreements) would be a plus.
This role is based Omaha, NE, with remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements available.
J.D. and active bar admission required. Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and transactions independently from inception through completion is essential. Prior experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred.
