This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated corporate practice while working closely with experienced partners on complex transactions for businesses ranging from emerging companies to established national and international organisations. Associates will play an integral role in managing transactions from inception through closing, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing strategic legal advice to clients across diverse industries.

The Requirements of the Role:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the Missouri Bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
- 2+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or comparable legal environment.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and general business matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional management skills.
