Corporate AttorneyDirect Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an experienced mergers & acquisitions attorney with 10+ years of experience for its corporate business unit for its Scottsdale, AZ office.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.QualificationsStrong business development experience is a plus.Detail-oriented.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Demonstrated strong work ethic and professionalism.Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $275,000 – $300,000 (DOE)Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.HSA/FSA options.Short- and long-term disability.Life insurance.401(k).Paid vacation and sick time.Parking or public transportation allowance.Employee Assistance Program.
