Corporate Attorney - Full Time
Location: Sacramento, CA, 95814
What you will be doing:
Providing outside general counsel services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies.
Acting as transaction counsel in all types of real estate, financing and joint venture transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Experience you will need:
- 3 to 5 years of corporate, real estate, or transactional experience.
- Strong research and document drafting skills.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Current good standing with the California State Bar.
