* Demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
* Exceptional legal research, analysis, and drafting skills with a proven track record of delivering precise, nuanced work.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex legal information to diverse audiences.
* Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
* Previous experience contributing to projects involving legal tech, document review, or rubric-based evaluation is a plus.
