Job Details
Seeking a corporate attorney with 1-7+ years of significant transactional experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A as well as general corporate matters.
- Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.
