A global law firm is seeking an associate for their corporate real estate department. The position is open to Century City, Chicago, New York, Orange County, and San Diego.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in complex real transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, drafting skills, and organizational skills
- Associates in this role will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing
- Capable of taking on significant responsibility

Responsibilities
- Represent a diverse group of clients across the U.S. and internationally including in the hospitality and healthcare sectors
- Draft and analyze legal documents
- Collaborate with attorneys both locally and across the firm regardless of assigned office
- Communicate with clients in private equity, investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions
