Corporate Attorney – Private Equity (3–7 Years)

Our clientis seeking amid-to-senior-levelassociate(3–7 years of experience) to support its growing Private Equity practice within its Corporategroup.

This team operates on a large, national platform and is looking to expand with talented candidates who bring meaningful private equity experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing, along with demonstrated experience leading transactions.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent academic credentials from a top law school, as well as sophisticated experience from a leading law firm environment with a focus on transactional work.
