Job Details

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and business law, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, contract drafting, and general business counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactional matters and client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
• Organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and maintaining a client portfolio.

Licensing

Must be admitted to the NY Bar.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to financing transactions, commercial agreements, or private equity matters.
• Experience representing closely‑held businesses, founders, or family‑owned companies.
• Interest or experience in business development activities.
