The attorney will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced corporate lawyers and clients on complex transactions, gaining meaningful exposure to mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, financing matters, and other strategic transactions.
Requirements of the Role:
- Experience in corporate and transactional law, with exposure to M&A and other sophisticated business transactions.
- Strong legal research, writing, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Michigan bar admission or eligibility to practice in Michigan.
