A well-established, mid-sized Pittsburgh law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its Corporate Practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
- Manage transactions from structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LOIs, confidentiality agreements, and related documents.
- Advise buyers and sellers on transaction structure, risk allocation, representations, warranties, indemnification, and closing conditions.
- Assist with corporate reorganizations, ownership transitions, and post-closing matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
- Meaningful M&A and corporate transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.

Salary:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000 . xhqgsiq Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
