Duties

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
- Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
- Familiarity with NVCA, seriesseed.com, and Y Combinator forms.
- Experience in preferred stock, bridge, and SAFE financings.
- Ability to manage due diligence on M&A transactions.
- Experience advising on corporate governance matters.

- Juris Doctor (JD)
