Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years' experience in corporate law.
- Basic contract, corporate governance, and merger & acquisition experience.
- Experience with tax and securities is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
